designed by Minerva Software Solutions under the
guidance of Mrs. Puja Singh Banerjee,in which all
the information regarding Minerva have been
compiled. |

Takeover Of Kishore Kumar’s Fans’
Club |
ON
30TH AUGUST,2008,the Kishore Kumar Fans’
Club, established at Tharpakhna, was completely
absorbed in Minerva.Its founder member Mr. Soumen
Mukherjee handed it over to the Secretary of Minerva
at Lake View Park,Ranchi.On 13th of October, Minerva
Pariwaar Paid their tribute to the legendary singer
Kishore Kumar on his Death Anniversary.On this
occasion,the Minerva’s Kishore Kumar Fans’ Club
organized a programme in the registered office of
Minerva.
Thereafter under this banner we gave tribute to the
legendary singer cum actor Late Kishore Kumar by
organizing a cultural eve named as “KABHI ALWIDA NAA
KEHNA” on November,16th at Deshopriya Club
Premises,Tharpakhna,H.B.Road Ranchi.

SHANKHNAAD 2008 (CHALLENGE
EASTERN INDIA): |
The
dream project of MINERVA started in the month of
July,2008 from Ranchi and several auditions were
held in the various parts of entire Eastern India
including Jharkhand,West Bengal,Bihar & Orissa for
the next six months in which VOICE OF EASTERN INDIA
(JUNIOR & SENIOR),DANCING STARS OF EASTERN INDIA(
JUNIOR & SENIOR) & MR. EASTERN INDIA CONTESTS were
organizedfor the very first time to bring the latent
talents of entire Eastern India under one cultural
roof to promote them.In recognition of their
outstanding performance and overall excellence the
organisation has instituted FIRST,SECOND & THIRD
Medals which are awarded annually to all-rounder
students in the fields of fashion,culinary arts,
music, theater, modeling, literature, law, public
policy, educa-tion,design, advertising, photography
and public relations. We, at Minerva, also provide
them proper training in the concerned areas in our
one month “FREE WORKSHOP” in the month of
November-December’2008.The radio partner of this
event was the number 1 FM station in India. |

Contribution towards prime minister’s
national relief fund for the re-construction of the Bihar-Flood
Victims |
Minerva Samadhan,the legal cell of Minerva tried its
level best to help the Bihar Flood victims by
collecting money from the lawyers of Jharkhand High
Court.The draft towards Prime Minister’s National
Relief Fund was handed over to the Governor of
Jharkhand. |

KUMAR BANERJEE,MINERVA ORGANISED PAINTING,CARTOONING
& ESSAY WRITING COMPETITIONS AT ST. ALOYSIUS’ HIGH
SCHOOL,PURULIA ROAD, RANCHI.
Apart from above mentioned activities, Minerva is
also concerned in community development.For this, we
have organiseed various awareness generation
programmes on the burning issues of today.Several
other cultural activities have also been taken
place. These community development programmes focus
on key area of HEALTH CARE ,EDUCATION, CHILD & WOMEN
WELFARE, and INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT. |

Blankets, Sweaters, Shawls Etc |
ON
11TH OF January,2010,after reading a photo
documentary in local newspaper “Prabhat Khabar”
named as “Panah Mangti Zindagi”,the members of
Minerva Pariwaar decided to help the poor who were
living under the open sky at roadside, footpath &
railway station in the chilled nights of
January.Thereafter, we visited door to door and
collected all total 860 Sweaters, Blankets, Shawls,
Jackets etc. and distributed them. |

35) Shankhnaad’2011: Celebration Of Minerva’s 19th Birthday |
ON 29TH & 30TH January,2011 , Under the aegis of Ministry of Culture, Govt. of India, Minerva Cultural, Educational & Welfare Society organized a cultural programme at St. Aloysius High School Hall on Saturday 29th January & Sunday 30TH January, 2011 named as “Shankhnaad”.
Mr. Harendra Prasad Sinha, the Deputy Director, Department of Culture, Govt. of Jharkhand, inaugurated the programme by cutting the cake. Hon’ble Chief Guest also addressed the audience and told them about the various Governmental policies regarding spreading art and culture in the state of Jharkhand. Mr. Abhijeet Chatterjee, the Director,Eastern Zonal Cultural Center,AIKATAN, Salt Lake City,Kolkata was also invited by Minerva as the “Special Guest” of the event. But, due to his busy schedule,he could not attend the event and hence he directed Mr.HPrasad Sinha, the Deputy Director, Department of Culture, Govt. of Jharkhand to witness the event.

February 2011 : Inauguration of Our 3rd Branch of Performing Arts |
On 21st December 2010, Minerva entered an agreement with Montfort School,Kanke Road and started its 3rd unit of the Academy of Performing Arts there.Our instructors are providing the proper training of various Performing Arts there.
On 20th February, 2011,Minerva managed the Annual Function Ceremony at Montfort School Branch, Hathiagonda. Mr. Surendra Kumar, the District Social Welfare Officer, Ranchi was the Chief Guest of this Programme.
