After SHRUTI’ 94, MINERVA CULTURAL GROUP was dissolved and a  new MINERVA CULTURAL SOCIETY was formed om 16th of OCTOBER,1994 at "Aashiyana”, Bank Colo

4) SHANKHANAAD’ 95

held at Union Club Hall on 15th of May, 1995. In   this event, DISTRICT LEVEL Educative and Cultural Competitions were held.

at NIFFT, HATIA on September 1995.

held at Union Club Hall on 28th and 29th of September 1995 to celebrate WORLD DEAF &  DUMB DAY .

Death Anniversary of well known singer Kishore  Kumar, in association  with NIVANA THEATERS.

held at Union Club Hall on 27th & 28th of August, 2001 in which 21 Educative and Cultural Contest were held for the first time in the STATE  LEVEL.

held at St. Josheph’s Club Hall, Purulia Road & St.Johns School Hall on 2nd, 3rd & 4th august, 2002 in  which 17 Educative and Cultural Competitions were held in the State Level. 

13) SHANKHNAAD 2003

held at TOWN HALL & SATYA BHARATI   Auditorium in the month of July, 2003. Again   various Cultural & Educative Competitions were held in the State Level.

14) SHANKHNAAD 2004

held at TOWN HALL & SATYA BHARATI   Auditorium in the month of September, 2004 in which many Cultural and Educative Competitions were organized to promote the budding TALENTS OF JHARKHAND.

15) MOMENTS 2005   

held at JAIPAL SINGH STADIUM from 15th March to 19th March 2005 in association with Nav-Bharat Jagrity Kendra and managed the event named as  “GRAMSHREE MELA”.

     MINERVA CULTURAL SOCIETY changed its name as MINERVA CULTURAL, EDUCATIONAL & WELFARE SOCIETY and then applied for the registration with a new name &  Dimension on 1st April 2003 and finally got its registration on  7th September 2005.

16) SHANKHNAAD 2006

held at TOWN HALL & SATYA BHARATI   Auditorium in the month of September, 2004 in which many Cultural and Educative Competitions were organized to promote the budding TALENTS OF JHARKHAND.

17) SHANKHNAAD 2007

held at TOWN HALL & St.Aloysius School   Auditorium in the month of September,  2004 in which many Cultural and Educative Competitions  were organized to promote the budding TALENTS OF JHARKHAND.

18) Launching of our own website &
     Software of Shankhnaad

In the year,2008,Minerva launched the software of SHANKHNAAD & its own website named as "www.minervapariwaar.org" designed by Minerva Software Solutions under the guidance of Mrs. Puja Singh Banerjee,in which all the information regarding Minerva have been compiled.

19) Takeover Of Kishore Kumar’s Fans’
     Club

ON 30TH AUGUST,2008,the Kishore Kumar Fans’ Club, established at Tharpakhna, was completely absorbed in Minerva.Its founder member Mr. Soumen Mukherjee handed it over to the Secretary of Minerva at Lake View Park,Ranchi.On 13th of October, Minerva Pariwaar Paid their tribute to the legendary singer Kishore Kumar on his Death Anniversary.On this occasion,the Minerva’s Kishore Kumar Fans’ Club organized a programme in the registered office of Minerva.
Thereafter under this banner we gave tribute to the legendary singer cum actor Late Kishore Kumar by organizing a cultural eve named as “KABHI ALWIDA NAA KEHNA” on November,16th at Deshopriya Club Premises,Tharpakhna,H.B.Road Ranchi.

 

20) SHANKHNAAD 2008 (CHALLENGE
     EASTERN INDIA):

The dream project of MINERVA started in the month of July,2008 from Ranchi and several auditions were held in the various parts of entire Eastern India including Jharkhand,West Bengal,Bihar & Orissa for the next six months in which VOICE OF EASTERN INDIA (JUNIOR & SENIOR),DANCING STARS OF EASTERN INDIA( JUNIOR & SENIOR) & MR. EASTERN INDIA CONTESTS were organizedfor the very first time to bring the latent talents of entire Eastern India under one cultural roof to promote them.In recognition of their outstanding performance and overall excellence the organisation has instituted FIRST,SECOND & THIRD Medals which are awarded annually to all-rounder students in the fields of fashion,culinary arts, music, theater, modeling, literature, law, public policy, educa-tion,design, advertising, photography and public relations. We, at Minerva, also provide them proper training in the concerned areas in our one month “FREE WORKSHOP” in the month of November-December’2008.The radio partner of this event was the number 1 FM station in India.

21) Contribution towards prime minister’s national relief fund for the re-construction of the Bihar-Flood Victims

Minerva Samadhan,the legal cell of Minerva tried its level best to help the Bihar Flood victims by collecting money from the lawyers of Jharkhand High Court.The draft towards Prime Minister’s National Relief Fund was handed over to the Governor of Jharkhand.

22) MOMENTS 2009

ON 19TH February,2009,IN FOND MEMORY OF LATE SANAT KUMAR BANERJEE,MINERVA ORGANISED PAINTING,CARTOONING & ESSAY WRITING COMPETITIONS AT ST. ALOYSIUS’ HIGH SCHOOL,PURULIA ROAD, RANCHI.
Apart from above mentioned activities, Minerva is also concerned in community development.For this, we have organiseed various awareness generation programmes on the burning issues of today.Several other cultural activities have also been taken place. These community development programmes focus on key area of HEALTH CARE ,EDUCATION, CHILD & WOMEN WELFARE, and INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT.

23) Celebrating The Birthday Of The Legendary Singer Late Kishore Kumar

ON 4TH AUGUST,2009,the Kishore Kumar Fans’ Club & Its founder member Mr. Soumen Mukherjee & THE OTHER MEMBERS OF Minerva Pariwaar Paid their tribute to the legendary singer Kishore Kumar on his BIRTHDAY.On this occasion,the Minerva’s Kishore Kumar Fans’ Club organized a programme in the registered office of Minerva.

24) August 2009 : Inauguration of MINERVA FILMS & THEATERS ACADEMY

INAUGURATION OF OUR NEW UNIT named as “MINERVA FILMS & THEATERS ACADEMY” on 15th August 2009 at Kokar” with the purpose of providing proper training of performing arts such as DANCE, MUSIC & DRAMA to the people of Jharkhand under the aegis of Ministry of Culture, Govt. of India.

25) January 2010 : Helping The Poor By Providing Them Blankets, Sweaters, Shawls Etc

ON 11TH OF January,2010,after reading a photo documentary in local newspaper “Prabhat Khabar” named as “Panah Mangti Zindagi”,the members of Minerva Pariwaar decided to help the poor who were living under the open sky at roadside, footpath & railway station in the chilled nights of January.Thereafter, we visited door to door and collected all total 860 Sweaters, Blankets, Shawls, Jackets etc. and distributed them.

26) Moments 2010 : Celebration Of Our Republic Day

On 26th January, 2010 ,Minerva Organised Painting, Singing, Dancing & Various Sports Competitions At Kokar Sadhu Ground, Ranchi To Celebrate The Republic Day Of Our Country. Hundreds Of Participants Participated In These Competitions.

27) May 2010 : Inauguration of MINERVA FILMS & THEATERS ACADEMY's City Center

INAUGURATION OF OUR NEW UNIT named as “MINERVA FILMS & THEATERS ACADEMY” on 4th May 2010 at St. Aloysius High School” with the purpose of providing proper training of performing arts such as DANCE, MUSIC & DRAMA to the people of Jharkhand under the aegis of Ministry of Culture, Govt. of India.

28) June 2010 : Organising Free Dance And Singing Workshop

held at St.Aloysius School   Auditorium in the month of June,  2010 in which 128 students participated. This free workshop was organized to promote the budding TALENTS OF JHARKHAND.

29) August 2010 : Celebrating The Birthday Of The Legendary Singer Late Kishore Kumar

30) SHANKHNAAD 2010- Dancing Mahasangram and Jharkhand Ratna Award ceremony

The dream project of MINERVA started in the month of August,2010 in Ranchi and several auditions were held for selecting the DANCING STARS OF Jharkhand( JUNIOR & SENIOR)  to promote them.  Minerva also provided them proper training in the concerned areas in our “FREE WORKSHOP” in the month of September 2010. The partner of this event was the number S-Tel Aapka Apna Phone. Minerva also provided Jharkhand Ratna Awards  to the People / Organizations for their  excellence in various fields.

35) Shankhnaad’2011: Celebration Of Minerva’s 19th Birthday

ON 29TH & 30TH January,2011 , Under the aegis of Ministry of Culture, Govt. of India, Minerva Cultural, Educational & Welfare Society organized a cultural programme at St. Aloysius High School Hall on Saturday 29th January & Sunday 30TH January, 2011 named as “Shankhnaad”. Mr. Harendra Prasad Sinha, the Deputy Director, Department of Culture, Govt. of Jharkhand, inaugurated the programme by cutting the cake. Hon’ble Chief Guest also addressed the audience and told them about the various Governmental policies regarding spreading art and culture in the state of Jharkhand. Mr. Abhijeet Chatterjee, the Director,Eastern Zonal Cultural Center,AIKATAN, Salt Lake City,Kolkata was also invited by Minerva as the “Special Guest” of the event. But, due to his busy schedule,he could not attend the event and hence he directed Mr.HPrasad Sinha, the Deputy Director, Department of Culture, Govt. of Jharkhand to witness the event.

36) February 2011 : Inauguration of Our 3rd Branch of Performing Arts

On 21st December 2010, Minerva entered an agreement with Montfort School,Kanke Road and started its 3rd unit of the Academy of Performing Arts there.Our instructors are providing the proper training of various Performing Arts there. On 20th February, 2011,Minerva managed the Annual Function Ceremony at Montfort School Branch, Hathiagonda. Mr. Surendra Kumar, the District Social Welfare Officer, Ranchi was the Chief Guest of this Programme.
